Khizra Mosque Supplementary School admission application forms will no longer be accepted for starting academic year 2017 and will now only be considered for starting academic year 2018.
Forms can be submitted online at any time or to the reception between 4.30pm-6.30pm Monday to Friday for 2018 start. Any forms submitted will be added to our waiting list.
For all 2018 school application a £10 admin cost will be charged for any applications made and a School pack will be sent to each students parents once payment is received.
The admin fee of £10 is non refundable and is the cost for processing application forms and is not dependent on whether your child eventually attends the school or not.
Requesting a weekday or weekend place does not guarantee a place in that part of the school as School spaces are sometimes limited depending on the age of the student.

Please can parents ensure they bring a copy of a school progress report and birth certificate within the last 12 months at the time of admission interview.
