Khizra Mosque Supplementary School admission application forms can be completed online. Any forms submitted will be added to our waiting list.

For all school application a £10 admin cost will be charged for any applications made and further information will be given to each students parents once payment is received.

The admin fee of £10 is non refundable and is the cost for processing application forms and is not dependent on whether your child eventually attends the school or not.

Requesting a weekday or weekend place does not guarantee a place in that part of the school as school places are sometimes limited depending on the age of the student and school capacity.
